TAP INTO TURTLE POWER Your favorite lean mean green ninja team is out of the sewers and in Magic: The Gathering. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles flip onto Magic cards and use turtle power and toughness to protect the streets from Shredder and the mutants making mischief. Pauper Commander Rules

Pauper EDH plays by the same basic rules of EDH commander with some changes:

Your commander must be UNCOMMON rarity. It does not have to be Legendary. You may use backgrounds and creatures with partner as long as they are uncommon.
Your deck must be constructed from COMMON rarity cards. Cards that have received at least one common printing are legal.
Each player starts with 30 life. Lethal Commander damage is 16.
Normal Commander Ban List applies, while also including Rhystic Study and Mystic Remora.
